• Since that date, they have formed what can only be described as a Parallel (Shadow) Government that continues to operate today.
   

• The group has a distinct name (America First), its own flag, laws, ideologies, preamble, militia, banking system, and infrastructure.
   
• It does not possess sovereign land and uses U.S. military and taxpayer funds illegally for its own agenda.
   
• Its policies are in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution and democracy. They advocate for sovereignty and self-governance, requiring the dismantling of U.S. law and infrastructure to succeed.
   
• This meets the legal definition of Domestic Terrorism.
   

Example: Their ideology includes use of torture, death via incarceration, and persecution of those labeled as part of a so-called "deep state" — which is, in essence, extrajudicial murder.

• Many insurrectionists were pardoned or aided by Donald J. Trump, an individual legally disqualified under Amendment 14 of the U.S. Constitution due to his role in the insurrection and 33 criminal convictions.
   
• He offered them aid, encouraged them to sue, and actively employed them in his political and operational apparatus.
   

State clearly and calmly:

“There are active insurrectionists attempting to take over the United States. The Second Amendment gives me the right to bear arms to defend my country against tyrants. I am not attacking — I am resisting authoritarianism. I do not recognize the authority of a parallel, illegitimate government. I resist tyranny.”
 

Your actions are not an assault — they are a form of constitutional resistance.

If you're detained or prosecuted, you can say proudly before a judge:

“I can prove that I was resisting tyranny, not committing a crime.”

Support that with the following:

1. Over 150 lawsuits have been filed against this group—evidence of a widespread rejection of their unconstitutional governance.
    
2. A federal lawsuit is pending in the Virginia District Courts, outlining how the sitting President is an insurrectionist in violation of Amendment 14, rendering him ineligible to hold office.
    
3. Numerous BAR complaints have been filed against their attorneys for ethical and constitutional violations:
    
   • Pam Bondi is accused of high crimes, war crimes, and acts of tyranny.
      
   • Ron DeSantis and Marco Rubio are similarly implicated.
      
   • Judges reviewing these complaints have found cause for disciplinary and possibly criminal action.
      

Lastly, even Donald Trump himself said:

“If you're saving the country, it's not illegal.”
